Charity and Social Events
Have you wanted to participate in a fundraising event, but didn't know where to start? Join the folks at Porter Belly's Pub for one of our charity events. Porter Belly's believes that, as a neighborhood business, it is important to do our part for the community that supports us. We have various fundraising events throughout the year, and we always have a grand time while raising money for important local and national charities.
Of course, we also have social events, which are always fun! Join us for one of our promotional parties, you won't be sorry!
Porter Belly's is the perfect place for small parties of 10-50 people. If your group or club is looking for a fun venue to host an event, give us a call!
Open Mic Competition
We've been getting such great talent in to perform at the open mic nights that we thought we'd bring forth some friendly competition.
The winners for the first three weeks will get a cash prize and a guaranteed spot at the finals on 7/27. Winner of the finals on 7/27 will get a larger cash prize and a featured spot on Local Music 101 on August 11. Contestants must be present to sign up. Sign up begins at 9:30pm and the show starts at 10pm each week. Winners will be chosen through audience participation, so BRING YOUR FRIENDS!
Local Music 101 — Premier Party!
Beginning on March 10, Local Music 101 will be recording a live podcast from Porter Belly's Pub every Thursday night from 8pm to 11pm with your host TC. He'll be spinning all the local music you can handle. He'll also be chatting with local bloggers, bookers, and bands. Each week we will feature a live performance from a Boston band that will knock your socks off. So come by and enjoy some free local music at one of the best little pubs in town. The podcasts will be posted at Local Music 101 every Friday so you can listen any time.

Previous Events
Toys for Tots

12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
Monday, August 30th, 2010 — Porter Belly’s and Devlin’s Bar and Bistro celebrated our 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the Sandy Burr Country Club in Wayland. We were rained out on the 23rd, but the generous people at Sandy Burr rescheduled us!
This year we were proud to show our support for the Cops for Kids with Cancer Foundation. All money is to be used just for the children and for what they may need while they are patients or in out patient treatment. The Foundation also tries to help families of children with cancer. When a child has cancer it is usually the mother who has to stop working to take care of the child. Imagine the heartache of a parent whose child has cancer and then on top of it the worry of how to pay their bills. CFKWC would now like to help these families in a time of need. But all of this takes money, so please show your support and help children with cancer and their families.
We want to extend our thanks to all who participated in this year's tournament as either a player or a sponsor.

Porter Belly’s Pub and Devlin’s Bar and Restaurant extend their thanks to those of you who joined us for our 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on August 25th at the Sandy Burr Country Club in Wayland.
